200g of quinoa
300g cheese curd cheese
50g ground chufas (otherwise flour with chufas – here)
100g sesame seeds
2 large eggs or 3 smaller ones
spoon of vanilla essence
about three tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
half a teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
if necessary, a few tablespoons of milk
pinch of salt
We cook rice combo with a pinch of salt according to the recipe on the packaging.
Strain and cool.
In a separate dish combine eggs, vanilla essence and sweetener, put curd.
We add baking powder, chufas and sesame seeds.
If the mass comes out dry, add milk.
Bake in a greased form of 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
After cooling, we absorb with taste.
Serve with apple mousse or sour preserves.
