The perfect mix

If we want a nutritious second breakfast and we do not feel like clogging with donuts, the perfect mix will help. Even the most demanding kids will be delighted with this dish.


Components:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons flour with chufas
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seedsu

Execution:
  • On a dry pan, for about 5 minutes, roast chufas flour, stirring occasionally, that they do not burn.
  • Mix the avocado banana smoothly.
  • We combine a mixed mass with roasted chufas and cocoa.
  • Decorate with pomegranate seeds.
