The perfect mix
If we want a nutritious second breakfast and we do not feel like clogging with donuts, the perfect mix will help. Even the most demanding kids will be delighted with this dish.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons flour with chufas
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seedsu
- On a dry pan, for about 5 minutes, roast chufas flour, stirring occasionally, that they do not burn.
- Mix the avocado banana smoothly.
- We combine a mixed mass with roasted chufas and cocoa.
- Decorate with pomegranate seeds.
