First one eaten! Do quickly disappear! Represent ideakną to eat at school, at work or on a picnic. The original recipe belongs to mega mniam_mniam_bez_glutenu, we, of course, enriched with chufas.


Ingredients:

  • 200g millet flakes
  • Milled Tigernuts (about 4 tablespoons)
  • a glass of apple juice
  • a pack of blueberries,
  • about three teaspoons of melted butter
  • a bit of gluten-free baking powder
  • a foam of 3 proteins,

Execution:
  • Soak oatmeal in apple juice.
  • We add the rest of the ingredients to the juice-soaked cereals.
  • We bake about 35min in 190st.
