- 200g millet flakes
- Milled Tigernuts (about 4 tablespoons)
- a glass of apple juice
- a pack of blueberries,
- about three teaspoons of melted butter
- a bit of gluten-free baking powder
- a foam of 3 proteins,
- Soak oatmeal in apple juice.
- We add the rest of the ingredients to the juice-soaked cereals.
- We bake about 35min in 190st.
